It’s a great quote, and also open to lots of personal interpretations.
Best wishes, Pete.
Well said, Pete. Best to you.
Great quote, Jennie.
Thank you, John.
🙂
Perfect!!
Thank you, Darlene! 🙂
Beautiful quote. I believe I have said it before but I need to repeat it. You are a wonderful teacher and your children are so lucky to have you in their lives. I wish you could have been my teacher!✨
Thank you for your most kind words, Dr. Perry. They are greatly appreciated. And yes, it needs to be said again. 😊
Beautiful
Thank you!
What a lovely thought! ❤
Thanks, Ritu. ❤️
That would make a great prompt.
I think so, too.
I hope that saying can apply to adulthood, also. I am waiting for a door to open.
I think you are absolutely right! Childhood or adulthood, there is a moment of an open door. We may not realize it at the time, but it happens. My door didn’t open until I was nearly 50. Adult doors are just bigger than childhood doors. 🙂
Thanks. You made me smile.
I’m so glad! 🙂
Thank you for this thought-provoking and reassuring quotation, Jennie. Glad to read that a door opened in your life as you approached 50 years of age! I am now going to meditate on when these moments of doors opening may have transpired in my childhood…
I’m glad you enjoyed this, Will. I have to think about my childhood, too, as I believe there were probably those moments. They may have been small, and perhaps I just didn’t ‘see’. 🙂
Jennie, This is beautiful–thank you so much!
You are welcome, Charles. I’m glad you liked it.

This is another beautiful post from Jennie!
Thank you for sharing this!
We need more doors to open for all children. Thanks for sharing such wisdom, Jennie.
Thank you, Rose. We do need more doors to open, indeed.
Those are very important moments.
Yes, they are. 🙂
What a wonderful quote!
Inspirational quote Jennie ❤
I think so, too. 🙂
I love this quote! I’m going to add to my little book of quotes. Thanks for sharing it Jennie!
So glad you liked it, Deborah! 🙂
Great quote, Jennie.
Thanks, Robbie.
A beautiful quote, Jennie. It leaves me all goose-bumply. I’m trying to decide when that “one moment” was.
I wasn’t familiar with the book, but now that I’ve googled it, I’m quite intrigued. Here’s to the open door. Hugs!
Thanks, Teagan. I recall open doors as an a adult, and I had to think of those when I was a child. They were there. A good exercise, isn’t it? I need to read the book again. Hugs to you, 😍
True!
Love it, Jennie! But does it have to be just one?
Haha! Exactly, Norah!!
True to the Fullest !
Indeed! 🙂
