Best wishes, Pete.

π
That’s lovely, Jennie.
Thanks, Dan!
What awesome pictures of the two of you. I love that you dressed the part!!
Thanks so much, Darlene! Hubby’s brother had an old Pennsylvania stone farm house of the same era, which was perfect for the celebration!
Wow fashions sure have changed in the past 50 years! π
Haha! Yes, they have!
What lovely photos! Thank you for sharing, Jennie.
I’m so glad you liked the photos, Will!
I especially like the second one, when you are holding hands and looking with great fondness in your eyes at your husband…
I do, too! π₯°

Thank you, Marlene. Same to you!
Terrific photos. I just got through reading your wonderful note. One of the most satisfying things in life is seeing our kids and grandkids grow up to be good people.
Thanks so much, Pete, on so many levels. Our grandkids are our lifeline!

Old Pennsylvania stone farm houses are ones I loved exploring in my youth, Jennie. We still have a bunch down here. I love these pictures. Perfect for the (any!) moment.
I dearly miss those stone farm houses. You still have a bunch, where is βdown hereβ? I canβt believe those photos were 50 years ago.
Even though I’m in the Philly suburbs, we have a lot of farmland in Chester County and there are several stone farms that continue to be lived/worked daily…and others that are tourist-oriented which are not as active anymore. Of course, we’re just a few miles from Lancaster County, and there are many Amish farms that feature these structures.
I know exactly where you are, such a beautiful part of Pennsylvania, and many stone farmhouses remain. I love the Amish farms.
