so pretty and peaceful
it is my favorite time of day at the pool. Love those reflections!
I can see why
๐
I love how you get so much enjoyment from your pool!
Thank you, Liz. I do!
You’re welcome, Jennie!
we have a natural attraction to water. I suspect because 60% of our bodies is water?
You’re onto something, Wayne. Yes!
that looks so inviting!
It is, especially as the sun starts to set. ๐
sipping cocktails poolside as the sun sets sounds like the perfect way to wind your day down…
The best!
๐
Sooooooo inviting. Iโd be right there if I wasnโt too hot to move. Phew, get in that water and stay put ๐
It is our oasis; our vacation home in the backyard. Yes, get in the water and stay put! On the few unbearable hot days, we have our pizza restaurant deliver…straight to the pool. Really. How cool is that!
Jennie, you are the epitome of coolness๐!!!
Thanks, Steve! ๐
Love the reflections Jennie.
Thank you, Cindy!
I’m wishing I could jump in right about now. ๐
It is delightful! Thank you, Bruce.
Pretty ๐ฅฐ
Thanks, Ritu! ๐
It looks so inviting,, just beautiful…
Thank you, Carol. My little piece of heaven.
Very cool image! Reflections in the water make for the best photos.
Thank you, Pete. This is our favorite time of day; work is finished and the evening at the pool has some of Mother Nature’s finest shows. Reflections definitely make for the best photos!
Very lovely. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Darlene. ๐
Reflections allow the soul to reflect.
Yes! Well said, Pam.
Love it.
Thanks, John. It’s our favorite time of the day. Mother Nature really works hard to make thing beautiful.
๐
Your video is indeed something to reflect on. So calm and peaceful.
Thank you, Don. Mother Nature gives us the most beautiful pictures. I think she wants us to enjoy and also reflect.
Clever Jennie as your fish reflect within your pool ๐
Thank you, Sue.
That’s what I was thinking, too. So smart.
Haha…. ๐ very smart ๐
Jennie
I have loved reading your blog this summer! I wanted you to know that today Oliver sat and read to me. A whole book. It made me over the moon and I knew there were two people I wanted to tell: you and Heidi. I wished I had your number to text you the video. It made me happier than anything in the world
Thank you for continuing the love Of reading at GCS. It has meant everything to us. And itโs why we have a reader at age 4!!
Love Sasha

Hi Sasha! Thank you so much for telling me about Oliver!! Its children like Oliver and moments like reading that make me want to teach forever. I would love to see the video- 978-448-2345. I haven’t written about reading aloud this summer, but of course it is one of my key blog posts over the years. Many thanks!! ๐ฅฐ
If there’s a heaven, that’s surely what it looks like ๐
Absolutely! ๐
So nice to have a pool. I can’t even swim, but appreciate the joy of a pool at home.
Best wishes, Pete.
It is an oasis, Pete. Best to you.
Very nice, Jennie
Thank you, Robbie.
Beautiful, Jennie. I love reflections in water.
I know you do! Your reflection photos are the best. Of course I thought about you when I posted this! ๐ I’m so glad you liked it.
Peaceful and soothing and pretty, oh my!
Thank you, Ally!
That pool and landscaping!!! Just gorgeous. And I love reflections in the pool, too.

Thanks, Michael.
It’s artwork by itself, a small piece of paradise. Did you got another visit by the frog, you had shown in a past posting? xx Michael
I feel the same way. Paradise. The frog visited once early in July. Sadly, that was it.
Beautiful!
Thank you, Norah!
You are welcome, Jennie.
